In the United States, 37 mm launchers are exempted from the National Firearms Act of 1934 so long as no anti-personnel rounds are in the user's possession. Only non-anti-personnel rounds may be possessed or used. Such rounds include:

• flares
• smoke rounds, to include irritating "smoke" such as CS or OC agents
• noise effect ("bird bomb") rounds

"Signal Rounds" such as Flares & Smoke Are legal to discharge out of a 37mm launcher.

Any type of explosive, incendiary or non-lethal round would be illegal under Federal laws. Exemptions for launchers that are registered as a Destructive Device.

This is not a firearm and does not need to be shipped to an FFL Dealer, however some states have implemented an " Assult Weapons Ban" and this item may not be allowed to be added to specific firearm. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and follow their local and state laws.
